We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition- Business Services to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (remote). The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Business Services is responsible for supporting and optimizing pre-hire recruiting operations, driving talent acquisition projects, and delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role serves as a key operational partner to Talent Acquisition and the People Team, ensuring recruiting processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and consistently, while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handles end-to-end pre-hire operational processes in support of Talent Acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience from requisition intake through offer stage Coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager interactions, and related recruiting logistics across multiple positions and stakeholder groups Manages Talent Acquisition projects, including process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements, reporting projects, and candidate experience programs Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and business stakeholders throughout the pre-hire process, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch service experience Partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of recruiting workflows, including job postings, interview coordination, offer preparation, background check initiation, and pre-employment requirements Monitors the applicant tracking system activity to ensure data integrity, process compliance, and accurate documentation across all recruiting activities Identifies opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve recruitment operations, processes, and service delivery Develops and maintains recruiting process documentation, workflows, training materials, and operational guidelines to promote consistency and best practices Produces, analyzes, and maintains recruiting metrics and reports, providing insights to support decision-making, process improvements, and stakeholder updates Builds effective working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, align expectations, and ensure exceptional service delivery Proactively troubleshoots operational issues, escalate concerns as appropriate, and recommend practical solutions Maintains confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive candidate, compensation, and organizational information Stays current on recruiting operations trends, market practices, and relevant employment processes to support continuous improvement Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others. Manages Firm resources responsibly. Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
