- 5 to 7 years of experience in web program management, digital project management, or marketing operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Unbounce, or Adobe Experience Manager, including direct page building and content editing, not just oversight
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to communicate clearly with developers, flag issues, and manage QA
- Familiarity with local listings and reputation management platforms such as BirdEye, Yext, or similar, including multi-location data management
- Experience with A/B testing, SEO fundamentals, and conversion rate optimization

Position Overview The Manager, Web Program Management is responsible for the execution and optimization of Sono Bello's web initiatives in support of patient acquisition, appointment generation, and conversion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will work at the center of a cross-functional environment, partnering across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and external agencies to deliver web experiences that are high quality, scalable, and connected to business goals.
