Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive experience of business development
  • Experience of delivering technical solutions
  • Previous experience as a data analyst in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Desirable
  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field of study
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK Energy Retail Market, preferably from working in the utilities sector
  • Knowledge of AWS technologies
  • Experience of SQL, SAP, Python, Power BI

Operating at the heart of Operations, this role ensures that new capabilities, processes and products are successfully mobilised, implemented and embedded into live environments, delivering sustainable value while maintaining high standards of customer experience, regulatory compliance and operational stability. Acting as a subject matter expert in broadband operations, you will provide strategic input across service provisioning, order management, fault resolution, customer journeys and system interactions. You will ensure that change initiatives are practical, scalable and aligned with both business objectives and customer needs.
