About the role
Prospect relentlessly - builds and works your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals. Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. Requirement 8 - 12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Compliance, Risk Management, Payments, Banking, or Digital Assets industries. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and new business targets. Experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. Prior experience selling to financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, digital asset firms, or regulated businesses is highly preferred. Experience working across APAC markets is an advantage.
