HR Executive (Full Spectrum / Shipping Industry)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support business units in detailed job descriptions.
• Handle work pass-related matters.
• HR operations and administration support.
• Coordinate internal & external training & development.
• Support HR Compliance and document management.
• Support employee engagement and welfare.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experiences in shipping, logistics or maritime-related industry.
• Well verse in full spectrum of HR processes and procedures.
