Technician (Optical Polishing) UP TO $4K #HTJ

Responsibilities

• Perform optical polishing operations
• Optimize polishing parameters
• Conduct precision optical and mechanical measurements including diameter, bevel, center thickness, concentricity, wedge, and form error
• Perform machine alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting of polishing defects and process deviations
• Support setup, operation, and basic maintenance of production equipment
• Carry out lens cleaning, handling, and inspection in accordance with optical quality standards
• Record and maintain accurate measurement data, process parameters, and equipment observations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and 5S housekeeping practices
• Support continuous improvement activities in process stability and yield improvement

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Optics, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in optical polishing, precision manufacturing, or similar high-precision environments
