Responsibilities
- End-User Support
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.

- Support LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting.

- Support printers, scanners, meeting room equipment, and AV systems.
- Participate in IT projects, migrations, and system upgrades.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure endpoint security solutions are installed and operational.
- Perform basic security checks and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives such as patch management and endpoint monitoring.
- Comply with company security policies and customer requirements.
- Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration .
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy, and DNS.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Fresh service, or ManageEngine.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- Experience supporting printers and multifunction devices.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions.
- Basic understanding of vulnerability management and security best practices.

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are: Job Title: Roaming Desktop Support Engineer (Contract, Roaming needed, up to $3500) Client's Project Locations: Marina Bay, Changi Airport, Chua Chu Kang, Alexandra Rd, Bukit Merah Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri. Half-day on Saturday with claimable OT. Job Summary We are seeking a customer-oriented Desktop Engineer who is open to roam islandwide to provide onsite IT support services.
