Watch Ledcor's Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it's like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities: - Execute shutdown and turnaround piping scopes, including maintenance, repairs, replacements, and system tie-ins - Perform line breaks, flange management, bolt-up, and valve work in accordance with outage schedules - Interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and work packages to complete assigned tasks safely and accurately - Support critical path activities, adapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environment - Work within strict permit, isolation, and LOTO procedures to ensure safe execution - Maintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelines - Participate in FLHAs, toolbox talks, and safety programs while contributing to a strong safety culture - Collaborate effectively within a large, multi-trade shutdown workforce
