Responsibilities

Requirements
- Solid experience in bid writing role and the construction sector
- Experience of construction frameworks e.g. NWCH, Pagabo, Procure Partnerships and public sector bids is very desirable
- Working knowledge of the Construction Playbook and its relevance to public sector construction procurement, bid strategy and value-based submissions
- Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent tenders and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with framework and public sector bids is desirable
- Excellent communication, research and writing skills accross own work and with variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and AI software (Copilot, Claude)
