Responsibilities

  • Create and own the end-to-end ecommerce strategy and roadmap for accessories and apparel, driving sales through shop.whoop.com .

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related roles, with a strong preference for apparel, accessories, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience owning ecommerce performance and merchandising strategy for a DTC business.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating insights into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing team members and/or managers.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced environment.

  • The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
  • In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

This role owns the commercial performance, merchandising strategy, and digital experience for shop.whoop.com , while influencing how accessories are represented across the WHOOP eco-system. As a senior leader, you will create the ecommerce roadmap for accessories and apparel, connect strategy to execution, and partner closely with Growth, Engineering, Product Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive growth and elevate the e-commerce experience. This position will be based in WHOOP Headquarters in Boston, MA.
