Job Summary Job Description Role Overview The Employee Relations (ER) Manager will be responsible for strengthening Medline's International employee relations framework and practice by proactively addressing workplace issues, coaching managers & employees, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a culture of openness and fairness. This role will work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across all International markets to ensure consistent, timely, and effective handling of people matters and to enable managers to build high-performing, compliant, and engaged teams. The role will also be accountable for managing investigations into cases raised via EthicsPoint (Medline´s case management system for concerns raised by employees).
