Available Locations: Bangalore, India As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in territory planning and work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to build closable pipeline. Your two primary goals will be to: Generate qualified pipeline through outbound activities Influence revenue via strong collaboration and stakeholder management We are looking for a driven individual with experience in cold calling, stakeholder engagement, and campaign execution. You will identify your Target Account List (TAL), work with regional teams across APJC and India, and partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities to closure.
Responsibilities
- Carry and exceed your opportunity quota
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling and outreach
- Generate pipeline and influence revenue from new logos
- Identify and escalate territory objections or risks to your manager in a timely manner
- Conduct regular, effective 1:1s with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Reps and Marketing to meet Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) SLAs
- Meet weekly forecast targets and maintain quarterly pacing
- Engage in continued learning and development
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience in prospecting and outbound email outreach
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and sales tools/systems
- Bachelor's degree required
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and Cloudflare's portfolio
- Demonstrates initiative to improve existing processes and methods description.
