The Analyst, External Reporting will assist the finance team in providing accurate, timely and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders of People Corporation to enable business decision making. Reporting to the Senior Manager, External Reporting, the Analyst, External Reporting is responsible for assisting in the preparation of high-quality quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as performing accounting research, documentation and provide guidance. You will be part of a team of finance professionals in an entrepreneurial and high-growth organization. The Analyst, External Reporting will: Participate in the preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual audited financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Assist with accounting research and documentation, and support the provision of accounting guidance to the finance team. Support standardization and process improvement initiatives within the external reporting function. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, and support compliance efforts across the organization Support accurate and timely accounting for acquisitions by collaborating closely with the accounting team. To be successful as an Analyst, External Reporting with People Corporation, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Enrollment in the CPA program required 1-3 years of audit, accounting or financial reporting experience Knowledge of IFRS Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Experience with Workday and OfficeConnect preferred Demonstrates willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
