Responsibilities

  • Resident & Guest Services
  • Provide warm greetings to all residents and visitors entering or exiting the property.
  • Assist with luggage and heavy shopping bags, carrying items safely between the lobby, vehicles, and elevators.
  • Handle resident enquiries , lifestyle requests, and service feedback with complete professionalism.
  • Manage amenity bookings for condominium facilities, including function rooms, BBQ pits, and tennis courts.

  • Keep detailed records by updating visitor logs, incident reports, and daily shift handovers.
  • Liaise with internal teams , routing maintenance issues and resident complaints to property management or engineering.
  • Oversee lobby presentation to ensure front office spaces remain immaculate and welcoming at all times.
  • Security & Access Control
  • Monitor property access using the Visitor Management System to register and track contractors, guests, and delivery personnel.
  • Review surveillance feeds periodically via CCTV monitors to identify and report any suspicious activities.
  • Issue property keys and entry fobs strictly to authorized service staff and vendors.
  • Respond to emergencies immediately by implementing condominium safety protocols for fires or medical incidents.
  • Job Requirements
  • Experience & Education
  • Prior industry experience in premium hospitality, front office reception, or high-end residential concierge roles is highly preferred.
  • Educational background with a High School Diploma, GCE 'O' / 'N' Levels, or a specialized hospitality certificate (e.g., SHATEC).
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Superb interpersonal skills with a natural passion for customer care and service excellence.
  • Fluent verbal communication in English & Mandarin is a must , with additional local languages or dialects considered a strong asset.
  • Strong multitasking ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining an approachable composure.
  • Basic computer literacy to efficiently navigate Property Management Systems, email, and digital visitor registries.
  • Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Physical stamina required to lift, carry, and transport bags or heavy parcels up to 20kg regularly.
  • Stamina for shift work , including the flexibility to cover weekends, public holidays, or rotating night shifts.
  • Polished physical presentation , requiring the employee to wear the official company uniform cleanly and professionally every day.
