Senior Full Stack Developer - AI & Digital HR Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own solutions end-to-end from idea to production.
• Design scalable digital products and platforms.
• Drive AI-powered innovation and automation.
• Collaborate across product, architecture, engineering and business teams.
• TECH STACK
• Frontend: TypeScript, Angular and/or React
• Backend: .NET and/or Python, REST APIs, GraphQL
• Data: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Cloud: Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Observability
• AI-FIRST ENGINEERING
• GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and similar tools
• Prompt-driven prototyping and experimentation
• AI-assisted debugging, testing, documentation and refactoring
• Responsible AI adoption with strong quality guardrails

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• End-to-end delivery mindset
• Holistic approach from business need to operations
• Broad skills across development, cloud, integration and DevOps
• Self-driven learner
• Creativity and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills
• AI-powered product development
• Azure, AWS or Google Cloud expertise
• HR technology experience
• Kubernetes and platform engineering
• LLMs, ML or intelligent automation
