Please note that the estimated start date for this position is end of 3rd quarter. So, what are the main responsibilities of a Senior Graphic Designer in Netcompany? As a Senior Graphic Designer you will: Design and produce high-quality digital and print publications, including product layouts, typesetting, and visual compositions based on established templates and branding guidelines Create and illustrate engaging visual content, including publications, infographics, data visualisations, and 2D/3D illustrations Develop responsive digital publications and prepare web-optimised and print-ready assets, including PDF deliverables and packaged InDesign project files Design impactful PowerPoint presentations and corporate visual identities aligned with communication objectives Produce creative multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, animations, and interactive visual assets Manage the layout and integration of text, graphics, and multimedia elements across multiple communication channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and user-friendly designs Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all graphic design deliverables while meeting project deadlines and technical specifications What would make you a fit for the role: University degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or a related field Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent); knowledge of French is an asset Minimum 5 years and ideally 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative services, or branding Proven experience in team leadership or project coordination within a design environment Strong expertise in typography, layout design, and print production techniques Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects) Solid understanding of visual communication principles and brand identity development Excellent organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Being a part of the Netcompany team, you will be provided with: Opportunity to work in a modern environment & in a hybrid working model Seamless onboarding experience and a buddy to support you on your first steps Competitive compensation & benefits package Health and life insurance program Meal allowance Well-being activities (on premises) Continuous learning opportunities using the most modern methods (unlimited access to Udemy for Business, ad-hoc trainings) If you are looking forward to be part of a diverse environment, and have the opportunity to work alongside well-experienced professionals, on challenging, large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe, then this is the place to be!
