Job Description Business Development & Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Public Sector and Global Funds portfolio of Financial Institution clients and prospects. Lead client origination, deal execution, and perform comprehensive credit analysis to support financing decisions. Engage regulators and industry associations to stay abreast of latest sectoral updates and grow potential leads Conduct regular client and prospect meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement client-specific relationship and marketing strategies to achieve assigned business volume and revenue targets. Identify, originate, and develop new FI relationships in accordance with the Bank's approved FI strategy, lending, and credit policies. Promote and deliver a full suite of banking products and solutions, including cash management, trade finance, bank guarantees, treasury products, and debt capital markets. Coordinate closely with product partners and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Liaise with Global Relationship Managers and Global Product Partners regularly. Credit Quality & Risk Management Develop strong industry knowledge within energy and digital infrastructure Ensure that the overall quality of the assigned portfolio consistently meets the Bank's credit and risk standards. Monitor client performance and risk indicators to detect early signs of credit deterioration. Recommend and implement timely risk mitigation actions to safeguard the Bank's interests. Proactively manage past-due or watch-list accounts and establish appropriate monitoring and remediation plans. Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' operations, financial condition, ownership structure, and risk profile. Prepare high-quality credit proposals, ensuring compliance with the Bank's credit policies, underwriting standards, and approval requirements. Credit Administration & Portfolio Management Conduct regular client calls and ensure adequate documentation of client interactions. Prepare clear, accurate, and timely call memos and maintain proper client records. Prepare and submit annual reviews, interim reviews, and credit renewals within established timelines. Ensure that all credit, loan, and security documentation is properly executed, maintained, and updated to facilitate timely drawdowns. Ensure all credit proposals comply with approved formats, presentation standards, and documentation requirements. Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized credit files in accordance with the Bank's governance and audit standards. Leadership & Other Responsibilities Support the Function Head / Team Head in coaching, training, and supervising junior relationship managers and team members, as required. Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes, workflows, and service quality within the department. Participate in departmental initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by the Function Head / Team Head from time to time. Qualification Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Relationship Manager role within the banking or financial services industry, with strong credit analysis capabilities. Strong credit underwriting skills, with experience in project financing or investment banking deals Solid knowledge of institutional banking products; familiarity with local and international regulatory frameworks is an advantage. Prior experience working with global funds focusing on energy infrastructure or digital infrastructure preferred Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
