Responsibilities
- Develop strong and sustainable business relationships with Cohere's operations, portfolio, clinical, CX teams to gain a deep understanding of the team's goals & work processes.
- Ideate, initiate, track, and monitor progress against operational initiatives, milestones, and ongoing work plans associated with improving contribution margin & unit economic targets
- Lead the financial budgeting, forecasting & operational reporting for all groups in their areas of responsibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- History of leveraging systems, processes, & AI to increase speed to delivery
- Comfort questioning the status quo and providing a challenger leadership style
- 10+ years of experience working in a financial capacity preferably having been on teams driving profitability enhancement initiatives
- 5+ years working with senior & C-level leadership
- Passion for building relationships with key stakeholders and prioritizing their needs
- Excellent project management and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Operationally minded financial leader with the ability to effectively problem solve in partnership various stakeholders
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally, including with clinical & technical teams
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
