Responsibilities

• Provide small group tuition (up to 6 students per class), tailoring your approach to each student's specific needs.
• Help students overcome academic challenges.
• Maintain records of student progress.

Requirements

• A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
• Relevant qualifications e.g. degree from a recognized university, PDGE
• More than 2 years of tutoring experience, with a track record of helping students achieve academic excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to students' changing needs
• A willingness to work closely with parents and the Willow Learning Centre team
