This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. Your Responsibilities on the Team Collaborate with project stakeholders (product owners, UX researchers, data team, QA team, project managers, cross team leads and designers) to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives. Responsible for planning work estimation and forecasting. Adhere to architecture, design, implementation, security standards and best practices. Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems. Conduct analysis to determine integration needs, and design and plan integrations. Prepare technical documentation, including software design evaluation plans and test results. Write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability. Implement unit and integration tests and conduct functional and performance testing where appropriate.
