  • Specialized welding training and/or 8+ years of advanced welding experience, or equivalent combination of training and skill.
  • TIG (GTAW) welding capability on stainless and carbon steel, including 6G all‑TIG on 1/2" schedule 160 pipes (required).

  • Ability to use positioners, pinwheels, and a variety of measuring tools.
  • Experience in petrochemical, combustion equipment, or engineered-to-order manufacturing is preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain welding equipment, tools, and supplies in safe, proper working order.

This role specializes in fitting and welding high‑precision stainless and carbon steel assemblies in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), engineering drawings, and strict quality standards. You will work on complex, engineered-to-order combustion components that require exceptional fit-up, craftsmanship, and adherence to code-quality welds. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled fitter/welder who can operate independently, maintain equipment, uphold HSE standards, and consistently deliver welds that meet post-weld testing criteria.
