About the role
VSPARTICLE (VSP) is an ambitious nanotechnology company that is on a mission to change the world of material development. For the development of clean energy and breakthrough applications, millions of new materials need to be explored. VSP develops cutting-edge technology that unlocks and accelerates the discovery of novel materials with advanced properties-materials that can contribute to solving some of the world's biggest challenges in green hydrogen, gas sensing and batteries. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Electrical Engineer with specific interest in power electronics, high voltage/high current design , and high-frequency systems . You will strengthen our Product Development team and play a crucial role in scaling our revolutionary technology to industrial applications. You will work together with a senior electrical architect, a System Engineer and an Integration Engineer to realize prototypes and industrial upgrades. As we are a small team, your role is very diverse and you will also support motor control, integration, testing, wiring & e-schematics and PLC integration . Responsibilities: Design, test and troubleshoot high-frequency (10+ MHz), high-voltage, high-current power electronic circuits and systems Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and EMC issues of our prototypes Help in selecting and evaluating electrical components and subsystems to meet product requirements Create wiring diagrams and electrical schematics for complex systems, support integration Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and researchers Translate proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready architecture Ensure designs comply with electrical safety and EMC requirements Create bills of materials, electrical schematics, and technical documentation of your designs Required Skills & Experience: MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field At least 4 years of relevant experience in complex electronics Solid understanding of high-voltage (>1kV), high-current (>100A) circuit designs up to 3kW. Hands-on experience with high-frequency systems (10 MHz and up) Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude Excellent communication and documentation skills Startup mentality - being very flexible and not afraid to take responsibility. Able to work at architecture level ánd roll up their sleeves for integration and testing Bonus: proficiency with design and simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, KiCad), experience with microcontrollers and embedded software development Why Join VSPARTICLE?
