Recruitment Consultant ( IT & Engineering)

About the role

In this role, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for Contract placements within the IT & Engineering Space. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and placing quality candidates, and contributing to business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities to secure new clients and expand market presence.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer management, and placement.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve individual sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline in IT or Engineering an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact when handling sensitive situations.
• CEI certification will be an added advantage.
