Housing Manager (inspector)

About the role

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER INSPECTOR of NAVAL AIR STATION LEMOORE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, organizing, and performing work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Navy Housing Program. Experience conducting condition assessments within each neighborhood to ensure community appearance and conditions meet established criteria. Experience supporting the needs of residents by encouraging community organization. Experience investigation of allegations of discrimination in PPV housing, and those complaints arising from landlord tenant disputes. Experience conducting home inspections to validate make ready maintenance & standards, cleanliness, functionality, and appearance.
