We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through comprehensive therapeutic interventions. Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' physical status, range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise instruction to patients Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical records Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional standards Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive care Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Graduate degree from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Valid CPR certification Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office Strong assessment and evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy protocols and treatment techniques Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles Experience with rehabilitation equipment and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Strong documentation and organization skills Commitment to continuing education and professional development New graduates are welcome to apply Note: This position requires adherence to all applicable state practice regulations and the American Physical Therapy Association code of ethics. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 depending upon experience Sign on bonus of $5,000.00!
