About the role
As an MPL Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex project logistics solutions within Maersk Project Logistics (MPL). Responsibilities

- Coordinate multi-modal transportation across ocean, air, and land operations
- Monitor and manage KPIs including on-time delivery, cost performance, and service quality
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and cost efficiency
- Lead, mentor and support 3-6 junior team members while fostering accountability and collaboration

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate across time zones; additional language skills such as Chinese are an advantage
- Travel expectations: 10-25%
- Salary: $94,000 - $105,000*
- *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
