  • Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
  • From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)
  • Design for TikTok, the creative short video platform that targets global users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers.
  • Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch.
  • Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a design-related major (e.g., UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design).
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies; proficient in using design tools such as Figma for prototyping and wireframing.
  • Familiar with the Japanese market and consumer behavior, with insights into local cultural and user experience preferences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and optimistic; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
