- Fluency in English; German and Chinese are an advantage

As part of Advanced Synthesis (ADS) , the Supply Chain & Inventory Lead plays a critical role in driving Supply Chain performance across all ADS sites. This position is accountable for inventory management strategy, KPI definition, performance reporting, and cross‑site process improvement. The role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, optimized inventory levels, and continuous improvement within the ADS Supply Chain organization. This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
