$40,000.00 AnnualGeneral Description/Primary PurposeJob FunctionsBUDGETING & TRAVELAssist the Center with budget preparation, tracking, and expense monitoring.Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, and prepare financial reports as required.Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.As needed, travel with the Transportation Logistics Society (TLS) student club on area site visits.EVENTSLIAISON :Serve as a representative for CCTL and CCB, as needed at professional conferences and Jacksonville area business organizations. .OTHERPerform additional duties as assigned by the Director of the Center and the Dean's Office.Required QualificationsMaster's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Departmental RequirementsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
