Job Responsibilities: Create a secure and engaging learning environment through trusting relationships with children. Design and implement developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula with innovative teaching practices. Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and the community to enhance children's learning. Guide and mentor junior educators, offering ideas and suggestions for professional development . Contribute to a culture of collaboration within the Centre.
