- CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
- 12 Child Development units completed required: Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices. If applying for an Infant or Toddler position, Infant and Toddler Development class is required as one of the curriculum courses
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
- Transcripts will be required at time of hire
- AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
