  • A passion for engineering best practices and a dedication to producing high-quality, maintainable code, product testing
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming paradigms
  • Understanding of security best practices in backend systems
  • Explore AI-assisted tools (LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to improve productivity, enhance analysis depth, and accelerate iteration cycles
