We are seeking a Business Planning & Control Analyst to be a key member of the B2B Business organisations, where you will support the business in achieving its bold growth plans. You will work closely with Senior Financial Controllers and act as a trusted partner to your business team members on Financial tasks and growth projects. The role is to support financial reporting and analysis, and provide management reporting for internal management,. This encompasses different aspects of Business Planning and Analysis including Forecast and Budget, building close relationships with other departments, different Sony platforms and other Sales Companies and improving processes that contribute towards accurate and clear financial reporting. You will: Be responsible for the timely and accurate monthly reporting; Set action plans to resolve identified issues, improve inefficient processes and report regularly; Support the business in setting its monthly Forecast, Actuals and yearly Budget and measure accuracy; Assist with the monthly period, budget and year-end closing; Support the issue resolution; Support strategic and accounting projects; Liaise with Corporate Planning & Control Europe regarding monthly submission and retrieval of financial data; Support Internal partners (Business Planning Control, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Application support) and external (Sony Platforms, Other Sony companies, HQ) with ad-hoc requests or regular analysis and other financial support, including handling inter-company recharges. You will bring: Strong analytical skills; University Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Business; Prior experience as a Financial Analyst or Assistant Controller preferred; Strong Excel skills required; Experience in partner exposure and management; English fluency; Your new office Budapest Based at the Budapest office, you will enjoy a modern, vibrant and diverse working environment with lots of social and charity events to be part of and enjoy a sense of belonging.
