About the role

The Production Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting daily inventory operations within the manufacturing or processing department to ensure accurate tracking, movement, and documentation of cannabis products. Responsibilities

  • Provides inventory reports to the purchasing and inventory control manager.
  • Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
  • Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Handles all inventory movements across the facility
  • Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
  • Previous inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which includes a pre-employment background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID card.
  • Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations.
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
  • May require daily use of provided PPE.
  • Maryland Pay Range
  • $19.25 - $19.25 USD
