Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end -to-end execution of painting and coatings projects
• Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment
• Oversee surface preparation, coating application, and inspection processes
• Ensure compliance with international painting standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project cost, productivity, and timelines
• Implement strict quality control and safety standards
• Handle contract administration, billing, and project reporting
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in painting/coatings or construction)
• Experience in industrial, construction, or building projects
• Preference for those with international project/operations experience .
• Knowledge of painting standards and safety practices
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
