About: The Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected). NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as providing technical expertise or oversight on statutory or directives related to rulemaking processes or activities; making recommendations on the development of regulatory actions policies/guidance or reports or addressing internal review issues/processes; and establishing or monitoring performance measures to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and progress of a team. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully.
