Requirements

• Only One (1) of following Licenses/Certifications is required: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), IL MSW with LSW, IL LCSW, IL LCPC, IL LPC
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultative and data analysis abilities
• Creative thinker who can develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills

Job Description As a Clinical Program Director, you will be responsible for all social work and clinical programming for Menta Tech Academy, a part of The Menta Education Group. You will provide support to school-wide initiatives in special education and drive change by working with staff and students to improve academic and behavioral achievement. In addition, you will provide direct educational and social services to students, as well as work with parents, educators, and other professionals to create supportive academic and social environments for all students.
