We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for Medical Device & Supply for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT). As a Sales Manager, you will leverage Solventum's science, market leading technologies, trusted brand, and global reach to actively drive the business. This position is accountable for managing the sales plan / account plan / effective sales strategy to meet set revenue and growth targets as well as be a team leader with strong team engagement and enablement. This position supports the Division Sales Leader to work closely with our customers and clinical sales specialist & clinical team to drive OR business growth and creating demand generation. Principal Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals. Leads discussion on scientific evidence, clinical publication & procedures for company products Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Resolving issues and conflicts related to direct reports. Assigns sales territory and/or accounts to the sales force. Provides coaching on key sales concepts, monitors sales activities, and provides feedback to the sales representative. Analyzes sales results and recommends course corrections based on data. Responsible for collaboration and cross-functional coordination of functional impacts or decisions related to the area of responsibility. Monthly performance conversations with all direct reports Build good relationships with key stakeholders and key opinion leaders related to medical device & Supply for operation room. Other duties assigned by Country Business Leader Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills Master's/bachelor's degree in business, medical science, or related field Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales management, at least 3 years Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven record of sales management experience in motivating and developing a team of salespeople. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong sales data analysis, market trends, and developing effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Good command of writing and speaking English. Self-motivated; willing to learn and to take responsibility; mature. Able to work under time pressure and work independently. Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office applications Results driven with a customer-focused mindset.
