Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience . Proficiency in Netsuite and QuickBooks (Online/Desktop). Experience managing financial statements, reconciliations, and expense tracking . Strong administrative and executive support skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail . Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Fluent in English (written and spoken).
