Responsibilities

  • Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.
  • ⁠Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • ⁠Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.

  • ⁠Prepare and send quotations to customers as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support.
  • ⁠Familiar with preparing delivery and shipping documents.
  • ⁠Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • ⁠Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • ⁠Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
