Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required, a blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Clinical/Development or Commercial focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred.
- Experienced utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Position Overview The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required.
