- Occasionally participate in Retailer onsite technical support for complex cases.
- Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring technical concerns and emerging field trends.
- Act as an early detection point for potential product quality or reliability issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical knowledge and support processes.
Requirements
- Technical Background
- Experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, workshop operations, or vehicle repair.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic processes.
- Interest in electric vehicle technologies and emerging automotive innovations.
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive technical support, car diagnostics, workshop operations, warranty assessment, or mechanic fields.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical education.
- Languages
- Fluent German (C1)
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Advantageous
