About the role

We are looking for an Administration Support Officer to join our team in Bundaberg on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. Sunfam Administration Support Officer is the first contact our clients have when they interact with Sunfam. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our Admin, sales and financial businesses, your expert customer service, approachable nature and attention to detail will allow you to be an integral and value adding to the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
  • Performing daily administrative tasks and providing administrative support across multiple teams and departments
  • Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Processing customer & supplier accounts, rebates and other financial tasks with high level of accuracy
  • Working closely with Sunfam Leadership Team during end of month reporting
  • Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
  • Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Sunfam/Elders brand & assisting in maximising promotional opportunities as required
  • Assisting Sunfam Leadership with maintaining Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards within the branch
  • About You
  • To succeed at Sunfam, you will need:
  • Experience in Agriculture and/or Irrigation industry or genuine interest in providing best solutions to growers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with intermediate Excel capability and familiarity.
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong motivation, and a team player
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to reprioritise tasks effectively
  • Understanding of basic financial, accounts payable and administration tasks
  • Be able to provide a high level of customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with current and future clients
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
