Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock control for kitchen ingredients, professional appliances, beverages, and studio supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely ingredient ordering, ensuring freshness and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and equipment technicians to minimize studio downtime.
  • Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B operations, event management, or service-oriented studio management.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills; ability to manage tight timelines and fast event turnarounds.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanour suited for corporate clients.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset-able to handle unexpected kitchen or event hiccups calmly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on scheduled corporate events or private classes.
