Building Services Engineer

About the role

1. Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance pertaining to buildings/property management including but not limited to janitorial/cleanliness of the office/common areas, landscape, pest control, cafeteria support, office equipment, and other general facility services including Civil related works 2. Assist in supervising vendors, ensuring vendors carry out works safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures, timely completion, and quality standard work. 3. Assist in regular inspection of Facility to ensure that all corrective/preventive maintenance programs are implemented effectively in compliance with instructions and guidelines. 4. Liaise with management, stakeholders, and vendors to execute project and repair works, follow through to provide supervision and co-ordination in accordance to plans 5. Check, troubleshoot and perform minor repair of faulty parts and components in the facility when possible and required. 6. Perform other duties and respond to any other instructions or directions from Management.
