About the role

Ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms. Manage the platform lifecycle, including defining and executing controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins. Handle advanced troubleshooting and maintain a low number of major incidents through proactive monitoring. Test and validate all updates while ensuring seamless plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate). Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage core technical components, including Linux servers, databases, storage, Data Center clusters, and load balancers. Provide deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and their integration with third-party applications like ServiceNow, Splunk, and other Atlassian instances. Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and participate actively in configuration governance. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure operational continuity. Senior: 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence) 3+ years of experience with Atlassian Data Center Experience with ROVO and FORGE (is a plus) Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds Technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
