This role The Sales Enablement Representative at PayJoy drives the design, maintenance, and optimization of the sales enablement ecosystem in South Africa. They ensure sales teams, promoters, and clerks have the tools, knowledge, and systems to boost merchant performance, customer acquisition, and compliance. The role manages training infrastructure, reporting, promoter lifecycle, and merchant education programs.
