Disability Support Practitioner CareForce

About the role

We're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our welcoming group homes located between Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Castle Hill AND Warwick Farm, Chester Hill, Guildford and Merrylands. We are looking for staff who are happy to travel across our different sites. You'll provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and skill development.
• Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.
• Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 25-35 hours per week .
• Must be available for morning shifts (6am-10am) and afternoon shifts (3pm-10pm)
• Hold a current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) .
