Your mission is to support the 29 branches in achieving their targets , embedding a data-driven, execution-focused culture and ensuring continuous performance improvement, combining data insights and first-hand knowledge gained through regular on-site visits to branches. As a Sales coaching expert you will: Play a key role in driving commercial performance across the branch network , ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy and reducing performance dispersion between branches. Act as a performance enabler and challenger for the network, combining data insights and best practices to accelerate results and strengthen commercial capabilities. Ensure effective communication and deployment of tribe-led initiatives across the branch network. Translate strategic priorities into clear messages and concrete actions, securing consistent execution in all offices. Your key responsibilities: 1. Network performance acceleration Drive commercial performance across the 29 branches, ensuring clear focus on priorities, KPIs and conversion. Identify and close performance gaps between branches. Establish regular performance reviews with Area Leads, ensuring follow-up on action plans and accountability for results. 2. Best practices & model standardization Identify, structure and scale best practices across branches. Ensure that what works in top-performing Branches is replicated across the network. Reduce performance dispersion by standardizing ways of working and scaling best practices 3. Data-driven insights & decision making Ensure consistent follow-up on commercial initiatives, identifying execution gaps and taking corrective actions. Translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for Area leads and branch teams. Promote a culture where decisions are based on facts and measurable impact. Ensure that all commercial and management initiatives are executed in line with established procedures, policies and risk frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential financial and non-financial risks. 4. Coaching & capability building Strengthen commercial capabilities (customer management, pipeline, prioritization, closing). Embed a results-driven mindset, balancing quantitative KPIs with quality of customer interactions. Act as the bridge between strategy and frontline execution, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible results. 5. Continuous improvement & transformation Contribute to the evolution of the commercial model, bringing field insights and improvement proposals. Participate in transformation initiatives impacting the branch network. Challenge the status quo to unlock performance and efficiency. What are we looking for?
