About the role
The Senior Client Account Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Business Development for Roadside Protect, a Bosch-owned company. The Senior Client Account Manager is a strategic, dual-function role responsible for both managing and growing our most critical fleet accounts, as well as developing and launching new, high-impact service products. You will act as the primary relationship owner for major clients, while also spearheading the creation of innovative programs. POSITION RESSPONSIBILITIES (In detail, the general tasks, and objectives of this position are): Strategic Client Account Management: Design and execute a proactive strategy to manage large existing accounts, with the primary goal of ensuring long-term partnership stability. Grow the business of existing accounts, by winning a larger share of our client's total volume or by bringing additional services to the client. Actively support the account renewal process, developing a compelling value proposition to secure their business Transition new accounts, taking full ownership to drive sales of additional products and services for them while implementing strategies to increase profit margins. Collaborate with our current clients and support the internal sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and connect with key decision-makers within our clients' organization. Entrepreneurial Product Management & Development: Programs Leadership Workshops: Define the complete operational, technological, and invoicing framework for new programs Recruit and onboard key workshop partners to build a robust service delivery network. Oversee the program's launch and ongoing management, ensuring its success. Subject Matter Expert Telematics within Roadside Assistance: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fleet Management Company (FMC) telematics solutions. Design and lead programs focused on cost avoidance, utilizing advanced telematics data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work proactively across various Bosch business units to gain a deep understanding of the complete Bosch service portfolio. Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities, introducing additional Bosch services to create holistic, value-added solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of progressive experience in Client Account Management, Business Development, or a related role within the automotive, fleet management, or telematics industry. Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new products, services, or programs from concept to execution. Extensive network and established relationships with major national workshop chains Strong understanding of fleet management operations and telematics solutions. Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and C-level presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and act on them decisively.
